Lisa Morse
Vice President
As head of Questar's Customer Experience Management group, Lisa provides strategic direction and senior
management oversight to the Research, Consulting, Technology, and Client Service functions. Joining Questar
in 1994, Lisa has in-depth experience in marketing research, and resource management in all aspects of research
design, implementation, reporting and analytics. Under her leadership, Questar CEM has become one of the
nation's premier companies measuring customer satisfaction and advising clients on improving performance.
Among the clients she has served are Brinker International, CVS Pharmacies, YUM!, Honeywell, and 3M. Lisa is a
graduate of Augsburg College with a B.A. in Business Administration/ Marketing, and holds a MBA with an
emphasis in New Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas.
Tom McGoldrick
Vice President - Consulting and Business Development
Tom directs all aspects of business development and client program design, including research methodology,
statistical analysis, reporting, and action planning based on results. With 17 years of experience as a
senior researcher, he has significant experience building analytical models that link customer, employee and
financial data to demonstrate the bottom line impact of customer satisfaction. Specializing in the automotive,
financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, restaurants and travel segments, Tom has worked with industry
leaders such as GE Capital, Marriott, Sprint, Toyota and Wells Fargo.
An author of numerous articles regarding survey methodologies, he is also a frequent contributor at
conferences and meetings. He has presented the results of his work to such audiences as the International
Quality & Productivity Center, Marketing Research Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology
and Advertising Research Foundation. Tom has a BS in Psychology from St. Johns University and a MS in Social
Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
Juli Geske-Peer
Manager of Client Services
Juli Geske-Peer manages day-to-day operations and service delivery to clients. In this role she provides
supervision to project teams, serves as one of Questar CEM's primary customer liaisons, and plans the
activities of internal operations involved in the delivery and maintenance of client satisfaction
measurement programs.
She brings 12 years of diverse research experience with a film production company, a book publisher and two
other research/consulting firms. In these positions, she led quantitative survey research projects using
various methods of data collection (Internet, interactive voice response, telephone, mail), as well as
conducting qualitative research through focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and secondary research.
Prior to joining Questar, Juli gained extensive experience as a senior research analyst for Business
Dynamics, Inc. (BDI) and Creative Publishing International. As a consultant, she has served such
well-known companies as Cargill, Sonoco, Dow Corning, and 3M. Juli has a BA in Communications and a MA
in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Catherine. She is also a member of the American
Marketing Association.
Mike Engberg
Manager of I.T. Development & Support
Mike brings over 22 years of experience in Information Technology, including 18 years managing various I.T. functions. He has significant experience in aligning technology solutions with business initiatives and works with business leaders to develop strategies that extend the use of technology throughout an organization. He is responsible for maintenance, support and new development of Questar’s specialty software applications that are designed and built to support client reporting systems.
Prior to joining Questar, Mike has directed work on various types of projects including major telecommunications conversions, an online sales catalog, integration of data from company acquisitions, and numerous other software development initiatives. Mike has a BA in Business and Economics from Bethel University.
